Encounter an accessibility barrier?

If you encounter a barrier on campus that prevents you from accessing our facilities or digital content, we want to know. Complete the barrier reporting form below and campus staff will investigate the issue.

For Students

Students with disabilities may access numerous services through the Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) office, including help with academic, housing, and physical accessibility accommodations. Faculty may access relevant notifications and forms related to student accommodations.
